Note that the dates of the Telcordia sale and the Neom press release are within a few weeks of each other. IMO, Neom and SAIC had to have known that the sale of Telcordia was imminent. This may have been a contributing factor to why they chose to specifically highlight Telcordia in the Word Registry press release. My best guestimate would be that Telcordia would continue working on Word Registry. Regardless, what really matters is that the Word Registry launch is proceeding "on schedule".
