On Thursday, Intel's (INTC: news, chart) Craig Barrett is expected to show off a personal video player that Intel is developing with Sonic Blue -- unless the companies slip on delivering a prototype. The player is expected to weigh only a few ounces, and it has a tiny LCD screen that lets you store and watch TV shows, home movies, and even DVD content. It's expected to be available in the third quarter for less than $1,000.
