Just asked Eric about the delay of the audit. Eric referred to Fred and Eduardo (I'm still waiting for an answer from one of them) but also told me this:

"The completion of the audit has been delayed, to an annoying degree. However, many items that were required were just recently completed (and some were posted on the OTC Markets), so I know that we're making progress in knocking off these various 'requirements' for the auditing steps."
