The only reason for Disney to buy Pow is so they can have Stan run Marvel, or be it's figurehead. They don't need Pow, they have their hands full with Marvel characters and stories until the end of time, but they might want Stan the Man, the only this is with him being so old I'm not sure how much they would be willing to pay for Pow just to have Stan around.IMO
