BTW: I also own a few shares of a pink (NWAU) in almost an identical position as IVFH. They are in the process of getting off pinks and becoming fully reporting company by end of June. In fact, they as well as any pink sheeter does NOT have to get off pinks in order to report. NWAU is already basically a reporting company. They have released a number of PR's over the past several weeks, so obviously as others have stated here there is no such thing as a SEC mandatory "quiet period." The only reason I could see the SEC requiring a so-called "quiet period" would be due to the Debbie phone scam - obviously, NWAU was not involved. So, maybe if there really is some sort of quiet period it has to do with the phone scam and maybe there is more to it than they can release at this time. I don't think so, but I am looking at it from every viewpoint. If there is a quiet period, it is self-imposed apparently, and maybe due to that phone scam and maybe due to manipulation of the share price. Again, it would be nice to have a company update on their web site at least.
