Nah Id just buy a studio and re do them in the right way... I had a dream that TIVU went to 38 bucks like LNUTz did... I woke up happy... then realized I was dreaming... But I still hold on to that and I will keep believing that we will see that PPS or higher one day. If we do................there are so many different scenarios running through my head of what I would do.....
