What I dont get is all of the belly-aching over not getting a PR immediately after about whatever "big news" was coming. Soon in the corporate world doesnt mean a few days - a week. Soon could be within a month. If it really is as big as we hope, it will take some time to get all of the details drawn up and finalized.

If we are waiting on lawyers or any other 3rd party to preform some task, we have to realize that TIVUS may not be the only company that they are doing something for. Same with the audit. We, as investors really need to become more patient and stop trying to put a rush on everything. If your boss gives you a huge assignment and expects you to have it done in a few days, I bet you would be on his case about how unreasonable that request was.

I know it sucks to see so much price decline and dilution... I am not discounting that fact. But flipping the script from praise to disdain within a few days is a bit overboard IMO. Just because you havent heard what you wanted to hear when you want to hear it.
