business lingo thats in all the late filings.
if you were running a legit business and you had to file something late, you put the filing in for a later quarterly filing and you try your best to get it done. has there never been a point where you said you were going to try and get something done and it didnt happen in time?

i am not making excuses and i understand many are anxiously awaiting the next news, filings, anything from PSPW but you have to keep things in perspective. the previous CEO was around during the entire quiet time and just before the quarterly filing did we hear about the switch. id love to see someone who is capable of taking over for another CEO in a small business and put together the quarterly report which he previously was not handling in a matter of days and weeks.

all good though. to each their own. you choose what you see because there is no reality; only perception in the eyes of everyone.

there will always be more views than people on the planet.
