I'll email TDWaterhouse. I'd rather they handle all these types of transactions via their normal channel..I don't mind physically requsting certs, but to just mail them in seems bizzare, at best...

time for us to all email mario and see what they're going to do. R/S? 1/1? who the hell knows.
