Here is My 2 Cents

A while Back I stated that the week of the 15th-19th of this month would be the make it or break it week for the Permit.

Here's why, while I heard, read, and saw speculation of a permit coming out this week It is common sense in a penny such as this that massive accumulation within and around the company would have went on last week and a schedual or other type of info would have been found or leaked.

With that NOT happening I knew this week was out. Personally In My Opinion, with fall winter looming and no obvious rush to get going, I am expecting a permit spring of 2012, which makes sense on how government ALWAYS finds ways to jack around hearings, meetings, and other business for the utmost amounts of time.

That would give them winter to get things finished up and work on 2012 clients for work.

Just my opinion but I do not think I am that far off. We'll see
