On the contrary it is not unreasonable at all to argue otherwise..Your conjecture is just that and volume since february means absolutely nothing considering those that wash trade and the actual dilution we know to be fact..One item of interest though with your theory..If the company diluted more shares since Feb..who now owns those shares?? It is unreasonable as you know to say that average retail investors hold the bulk of the shares with the numbers you are thinking..

My feeling is that if the insiders believe that buying shares and holding them is a good thing..I see no reason not to do the same..
