Relax guys, until they file the paperwork or PR it, or someone talks to the IR people technically it is not confirmed.
They have 4 days from Monday to do one or both. Which is Friday at the latest per SEC rules. The IR people were in a meeting all day working on something per jennifer. IMO the lawyer came in today to make sure all the paperwork is on the up and up and go over any PR they want to put out so that everything they say is on the up and up and doesnt skirt any laws.
