I've lurked here for the last few months and I've read the opinions of the hyper-optimistic and those of the hyper-pessimistic. I'm still trying to decide what I will want my position to look like in SEEK in the next couple months.

I need a refresher though. When will the debt holders be freed to convert their holdings?

Another question... Why would someone looking for a doc use a service like thedirectory.com instead of just plugging in their search in a popular search engine like that of Google or Yahoo?

From personal experience, it is way easier to just punch into Google my need (dentist, chiropractor, etc) and zipcode and boom, there it is. I get results from more than just subscribers. What is the benefit of a company like SEEK?

I'm not a basher. I'm no hater. Just asking real questions.
