CDSI reminds me on similar deal - RM shell PASW ( then VHC ) in July 2007 .
PASW - superb clean shell , almost the same share structure etc.

Was in at average 0.15$ then sold at 2$. In 2009 VHC ( AMEX listing ) was at 42$.If I hold shares I would be in retirement now.
Dummy me, but won't make the same mistake this time.

Go to otcbb.com and check it out ( not my mistake, the VHC PPS story ) - even much better performance than SPEA.
