Ok but this is talking about the ones that have failed to keep their filings current, etc.

Recently, I believe it was CDOI that got a dtc freeze. Brokers could SELL but would not allow buying on the stock. What caused that? Now, I'm hearing a rumor...RUMOR...that the same thing may happen on PKTX and I'm wondering why. Is there a common thread between these two stocks...
