The Divies are a VERY BIG Issue. It's a matter of honoring a commitment made to shareholders and proof that EMXC is actually doing something that they have promised from as far back as 2003.

As long as this hangs over the EMXC head, we are stuck in this muck. When if is actually done, then we will move forward.
