Your link shows that the plaintiff is Gary D Aronson and it is dated August 23 2011 .

Please correct me if I am wrong . In your post #22731 dated March 18 2010 @ 7:17:38 P.M. , it was confirmed that a case involving Gary D Aronson and ACT was " dismissed by Court without prejudice " . How different is this claim and is it justified ?
