I felt the same way about PDEX.
Couple years back I stated on the yahoo mb for PDEX that I would wait until Coss was done selling before I would invest. I am glad I rethought that decision. Stock went from 1.40 to 3.40 with a lot of trading opps. Moral of the story: if the company is going good, investors will take care of stock being sold. In fact, sometimes big chunks being available attracts big brokers who need alot of stock for their book. Do what I do, dip your toe in the water and add as you get more comfortable. I was doing that with IPII, so I never got a large position. But, at least I was involved. GLTY
