The 14 said that it would be a 1/1000 R/S leaving 14 million shares available on the float. I don't have the time right now to pull up the 10q, but I remember reading somewhere on it that there was 13 billion and change in the float. If that's the case, then they obviously had to do that to bring it to 14...

I'd say some long term bid sitters just caught some luck!!!
