I think the large majority of it is waiting to see what production brings to the table. Then we will see a rise. Likely wont be any real "news" for awhile. Unless they send out a press release concerning financing and the rail road deal is finalized. The one mentioned in the Q2E release. Those are the only two news events I can think of outside of production. Unless of course management throws a curveball that is strike!
