The gist of what I drew from Eddie's comments was that evertyhing depends on becoming current with the financials and shaking the stop sign. I just went through the same thing with Tivus, it was a long process for them. To make matters worse they went for the toxic financing option and it's killing their pps right now because of the dilution the convertibles and warrants are causing. Eddie's position on that is a breath of fresh air...
