October is coming and with it passes one year since the FDA kicked out Dean Janes with his joke of a 510K. The chance of this ever happening was only 3%.......except of course if it was a scam and then it would have been 100%. It has taken Janes almost ONE year to call the FDA and ASK FOR A MEETING. .......THE FDA WILL REJECT HIS REQUEST WITHOUT CLINICAL DATA .....This is a given.......... This documented request has been made by the FDA numerous times for which Janes has always ignored because he knows the device doesn't work.....there can be no other reason. The big con man doesn't know how to continue to con the FDA as he continues to con investors. The FDA can see right through Janes ......and he knows it......... but in the mean time the scam artist drives your Mercedes and hauls out another $M. When will investors finally shut down Dean Janes? By the result of the last PP, it may have already happened.
