This is a pretty big deal considering Futures and Forex are the only revenue generating depts.in iFinix!!!! As far as I read it, Right now they cannot conduct business as usual... Right now a copy of the MRA is supposed to be mailed to customers/ all parties involved... What would you think if you received one of these from your current broker? UMMMM sorry we/you cant conduct any trading thru your acct, and untill further notice you cant liquidate your acct with out approval from the proper authorities.........Sorry for the inconvenience.

I hope I am wrong only for the customers but it looks like all monies are locked up prior to NFA approval.
