Very good post. You base your opinions projections on your personal experience in conjunction with Chef Joes PR's. I assume your personal experience wont fail you in your projections. So the question remains are the pr's accurate? This is why I love this stock. Chef Joe has impressed me as no fluff stright forward. So I trust totally in the pr's. Just the other day he responded to an investors e-mail. Most say He didnt say much but he did convey these points
1. He would never give fluff
2. the company is in the process of a full audit and it took a bit longer than expected
3.He gave a quote from someone he admired didnt mention the man
but told this investor this. The following was given because she was looking to have her fears in her investment relaxed
He said the long term investor is the one that makes the most profit. the ones in for the short pop pay for the long term gains

This statement is exactly what we have all spoken about with IVFH. We all have said its not a quick trade its a long time hold 1 to 2 years most have said

I think chef Joe is saying quite alot if you read and listen and trust he is a straight shooter
