Does anybody raed all the latest court documents. Please review Doc 785 page 5 and 6 which specify " Nothwistandind the foregoing,The Equity interest and the granting therof must be structured in such way that CS remains a private entity exempt from registration with United States Securities and Exchange Commision."
"If the equity holders do not oppose this term sheet and the WUCC APA or any proceedings associated therewith, a warrant with term of 12 months to puerchase an equity interest in CS in an amount equal to two percent of 125 M or $2 500 000."
if I am correct this is equal to 0.0005 per share. We are screwed unless equity holders will negotiate better outcome. In private company there are no shareholders.
Plase look at these documents and correct me if I am wrong.
