Sure hope you dont mind me throwing a reply in . Your right if they tried to hide,and that is the furtherest thing im saying.
They had all the initial PR statements about merger, all very forthright ,its on the website as to this as former BMGI shell,, CC included it, first QTR included for all to easily see. I commend them.

So my point is it is not needed for info purposes in a continued manner. That means absolutely zero if full DD not done on BMGI owners and the heavy drag it COULD be putting on some investors not willing to dd on this particular subject and just look at current info,and either get in or not. Im heavily invested and care about any investor in PHAR.
