Yes ,i was in my email ,very mild for me. I havent spoke about this Qtr filing,, just talked to IR about Board Members and certificates information.

Surfguy,, my whole intent certainly is not to be a "basher" as some might call what i posted. Its so obvious of a potential problem to an investor thats been doing business in pinks for years, just to look the other way. Might not be any Warren Buffets there, but its some people with money and influence. We need. The right investor breeds other investors that just copy him because they trust him as a savy investor.

It is a touchy subject and i did send a more proffessional email but i truly hope they read boards as well. I have been a big promoter and they need to know when all is not well on the investment front.
I truly dont think HOWARD and PHAR team recognize this shell BMGI with its baggage is like them running a marithon with lead boots on. They have such a good potiential and seem to be intellegent with the product and where its headed. They and its investors deserve better than still being drug down by the way it entered market.

The thing that puzzles me, it can be so easily corrected and whether it helps or not, at least all of us that has done DD should want to bring it to light... HOWARD MIGHT BE FOREVER GRATEFUL.
