Looking at time and sales the trade right before that was a 5000 sell at .0095 and then the 5 million buy went through at .01. So it was neither below or above. It was .01 flat. After that the MM's began panicking and started manipulating the price back down. They know something is coming.

If you are going to believe what the other guy said, let me sell you some stock.
