He is CEO and the inventor. Realistically all of us are invested in Dean. If he commingles his personal funds and expense accounts with IMGG then he needs to be held to the highest standard just like every other CEO on the planet. Its surprises me that you don't make a connection between credibility and leadership. Remember Dean was forced by the SEC to give back monies he claims was mistakenly overpaid to himself to the tune of 800K. You don;t believe this is relevant? Also Its not like IMGG is 100M company and they have 12 VP's at various levels. Dean runs the ship over at Valhalla and if he is out catting around the globe while his shareholders are getting wasted then all is fair. On the other hand if he clears the hurdles and puts the company on solid footing...then we all say go have a good time. It's like the alliance deal...you don;t celebrate before you put your own house in order. You know cart before the horse.
