Work is a function of utility. If it works as concept but not practical in the field then it may technically work but has no place in the market or is not a marked improvement over what exist to capture any significant market share. The idea that DVIS is some sort of revolutionary product that no other radiologist or researcher has been privy too is a bit of stretch these days don;t you think?. Never mind that we have no knowledge of the rendering and reconstruction technique or that the machine was set up for a one off demo. The proof will be in the clinical study. Every day they delay in developing comparative imagery is money out the door. You have to wonder why everything moves so slowly. This is a small outfit.
