My understanding from some post was that the 15th thru 19th was for DTCC to straighten up the illegal trades and then it was to be locked again on 22nd and until it was truly unlocked know one would be able to trade until it was officially unlocked. If so how are these people still buying and selling while we sit here like zombies?
