These guys have done some meaningful things, but might be the most passive company, penny or otherwise, I have ever come across in my life. They would have been better off telling Dezer, "No deal unless we can PR it." What does he do for them with no PR and no guarantee from him that he will ever open a dealership in the Southeast? Nothing, he just makes them look like shady amateurs. And to not PR car sales shows a complete misunderstanding on the part of Mack Sanders and Jack Eversull and whoever else makes these decisions on how to credibly market this stock through PR. They're in the 10Q is such a lame reason not to PR them. First, nobody reads the 10Q. Second, you cannot pull them out of a 10Q. A PR could clearly illustrate them for investors.
Mack's in a bit over his head. On the other board, somebody rumored that he might be out as some sort of deal involving a dealership and a new CEO. Let's hope that happens.
If they announce a dealership, I have to think the PPS pops considerably. At this point, I just want out about half of my position above my average, which is .02, by the way.
