No they don't not even when they close the deal as you said :

There are 4 ways to be eligible for the NYSEAMEX. They will have to have audited Financials which they have done (yes they will be posted with the SEC) Well no they don't they will have to go back and do another 6 + months to be up to date. And produce that letter which was due ages ago and if they were able to do that they would have done so a long time ago.

2nd having a value over $150M ( which they will have when the Kumkaya Neft Deal Is closed) No they won't - These are estimated value when running and the output is coming from the ground many years away. This value is not from day one. Not even close. These are projected values. And we have seen how they have projected value in the past like the land assets which are now not even 1/4 of its value and still not been sold.

The $4 per share is something that they have 6 Months to achieve. Well this is a no brainer. No where even close and won't be even if they R/S Many will drive the stock back down below that line. And the value of the possibility of this deal is way more than 6 Months.

Stop kidding yourself. This is even if they can pull this off which they have yet to do anything in any of the companies and shells other that distort value.
