Here is the breakdown I was given on this:

The 7 percent in NOI represents about 14 million in net profit pre-tax to the plant per year which would go to our bottom line.

The 2.5 percent equity represents approx. 8 million in equity of the plant back to the shareholders and also approx 6 million in gross revenue before debt service.
