Gator one this is clear about EXTO...you can easily see in this monthly chart that the aroon up popped five times before this last pop and all five time it fell following a good growth month. All five times. It is likely to fall again and repeat its history again. The daily chart is suggesting it is heading into the sell setup we call Gangreen. Be careful with it. Not for me.
