1.6M out of the 1.7M revenue that they had YTD is from prior contracts which apparently were completed (look at the decrease in advance from customers from 12/31 to date) . This probably explains the negative cash flow from operating activities that they had in the first and second quarters.
No signs of new contracts or backlog
With the current share price, huge dilution is around the corner….
