If the demonstration was legit

Why didn't he film/video it so he could post it to the web site to share with ALL of his shareholders?

You would think that with Dean as major financeer to a Hollywood movie studio and with IMGG having a major investor who was an officer in a movie studio, you would think recording the presentation would be a no brainer and eliminate ALL speculation about what was/wasn't shown.
