Date-of-Record for the Spin-out of Sarissa's GOLD property - "Shining Tree", is rapidly approaching at the end of this month... It should prove to be POSITIVE for shareholders to posses the MAXIMUM amount of SRSR shares which they can afford on that date, in order to receive the maxiumum amount of shares of the NEWCO Gold Miner spin-out - Shining Tree Resources - IMO
