I came to the conclusion in my opinion that Yaacov suffers from a mental condition called mythomania. It's a condition that causes an individual to cosistantly lie for no reason. What CEO in their right mind would release such bold and blatant lies time after time knowing they will be challenged by shareholders and cause permanent credibility and damage to their company. Maybe it's time to stop blaming Yaacov and place the blame on his partners for allowing a mentally unstable elderly retiree to release company info.
