edit below..."....from my brother"

AHAHAHAHAHA...
So tell us, your brother, he now sits more to the left or the right? HAHAHAHA......

On a serious note, sorry for what may be a nice chunk of money down the drain.... Even I didnt think they (iFinix) were that negligent in the cash dept.

The more I read the more this sounds very serious for Ben and Co.

From the NFA site:

Strong enforcement authority. NFA has the authority to take disciplinary actions against any firm or individual who violates its rules, ranging from Warning Letters for minor rule infractions to formal Complaints in cases where rule violations warrant prosecution. Penalties resulting from Complaints include expulsion, suspension for a fixed period, prohibition from future association with any NFA Member, censure, reprimand and a fine of up to $250,000 per violation. NFA often collaborates with the CFTC, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to ensure successful prosecutions.

Looks like this Forrester guy might get a chance to earn his money soon.....OR conflict of interest??? Hmmmmm
Either way, why the (alleged) fraud? On second thought, why did they get caught so quickly with the (alleged) fraud?
Christ, even back in HS we knew ya had to mix things up on "self created" monthly progress reports...... Back then we didnt have computors so it was a b1tch...

Oh well, I might have to see this DTCC thing as a blessing in disguise, else I might have a "real" attitude towards the company had I got crazy on the 100 bux per million lotto....

Good luck Woody!!!!

"I hope many of you realize what happened here"

Stock Stalker,
I concure!!!!!
I have 3 post limit per day, 1 allowed on inix board 2 elsewhere on iHub......All stemming from this boards "+" bias alone.

Good Luck!!!

Sing along now...

And now, the end is near
INIX must face the final curtain
Old Ben, I'll say it clear
Many have stated their case, of which we were certain
you've run a business that's almost gone
you've PR'd each and ev'ry failure
And more, much more than this, ya did it your way

Regrets, bet ya' ve got a few (WOW)
But then again, some too new to mention (crystal ball)
Ya did what Ya had to do and saw it through without pre emption
Ya planned each PR'd course, each needless step along the pinky byway
And more, much more than this, Ya did it your way

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
When ya bit off more than expected revenue
But through it all, when there was doubt
You kept them shut up to sit it out
You faced it all and with a fake conference call(and some alleged false bank statements) Ya did it your way

I tried to buy, I've tried to sell
I've had my fill, my share of losing
And now, as dilution continues, I find it all so $&@^&in amusing
To think we warned about all that
And what we typed , wasnt in a shy way,
"Oh, no, oh, no, not us, we told you our way"

For what is a man, what has he got?
If not above trip zip 1, then he has naught
To say the things he truly knows discuss' a stock that really blows
The record shows we warned before the lows but you still did it your way!
Yes, it was YOURRRRRRRRRR way.......

:)

"I am still a positive INIXer, but....."

DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"NFA noticed slight formatting differences between them. This lead NFA to further suspect that Munroe had fabricated the bank statements....
More troubling, however, is the fact that it appears as if Munroe has deliberately fabricated IFINIXS bank statememnts in an attempt to deceive NFA reguarding IFINIX's seriously deficient capital position......"

WHat more ya need , a shovel in da "turned cheek"??????
Hope ya got a brother......
SHEEEEEEEEESH...............

:O
