With that said, I would not just throw a lot of money at random penny stocks. I have a separate cash brokerage account I use specifically for pennies as they are their own monster. I love SEEK, but your portfolio should always be diversified, especially if you are talking about retirement money.
You got to love SEEK though. It soon will be debt free and be continuing to make some serious revenue as a profitable company. As stated before in this thread, this is not the nature of most pennies. They have a huge base of paying subscribers that is growing rapidly.
