Chucker, your illiteracy is not the problem. BWDI.tv website was down a short time today. Try it again. You might find same encoded message on this site: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/215063 . Just click on "watch this movie" and then "play" on pop-up window. Previous URL also seems to be working again now- http://www.bwdi.tk/ (click on "cartoon" and then "episode 4" and then "play". No need to worry about being illiterate since message is also presented in audio. I believe you will understand the secret message encoded there with some additional DD.
