Nobody will, I think the warrant conversion price is too high. Especially since there is no baseline for the Class A PPS. The only metric is the increased voting power and I don't think the PPS will follow that for two reasons:

1) The two officers have an overpowering vote count anyways with their Preferred shares, so as long as they agree on any decision there is nothing the other shareholders can do about it. And if they don't agree then we are in trouble anyways.

2) These Class A shares are absolutely free equity and I can guarantee that there will be a decent selloff in this ticker unless the company gives them something to look forward to.

I think the warrant conversion price should be between .50 and .75 especially since the shares will most likely come with a 6 month hold period.

Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
