Fair enough Capn. i see your plight, and to be straight honest. had i paid a little more attn to the distribution i may have held off for a bit..

that being said.

whats that put the float at 350mil give or take? not bad for a pink

I personally dont mind dilution as a means of collateral. IF a lender is willing to take "stock" as opposed to interest, what does that say about MYFT.. im sure these lenders dont intend to "donate" money.. i didnt, they expect a return and they placed large wagers dipicting that action.

MYFT didnt accrue debt because of those issuances. so that just allows them to be more liquid with income as they generate it.

issuing shares is common practice to raise capitol for investment purposes. thats why companies become public, to raise money

Short term its obvious we'll be here for a bit, but it wont take much to get back to a respectable pps. even at 350mil float.

im more than satisfied that the bills get paid and that lenders will and do take equity interest as opposed to cash payment. in effect it means we aint goin bankrupt anytime soon on top of the fact i believe we acquired some new assets with that money that further reduces expenditures..

what are you trying to prove?

My name aint Buffet, im just some dude..
