Can't you read history. It is a fact that EUOT has not had any on-going business since de-registration in 05 and failure of licensee, Global Matrechs, to bring any of the licensed techs to commercial viability between 06 and 09. The company was cleaned and moved as a shell by Belmont Partners. Obviously, Muzii, or his backers, acquired majority control, changed the articles of incorporation and now trying to re-build the company with the acquisition of Filmrookie. Success of that venture is the key to success of the new Eurotech...GLTA
