2 possibilities - small investors just had enough of this stock or the CEO letting out the few shares he has left on the A/S. More likely just small timers looking to get out. You're talking a dollar volue of less than $1,300 I'd guess.

But this company hasn't done much. Talked for 2 years about a web site that hasn't materialized. Was supposed to go from book publishing to online autoparts company - didn't happen. Headquarters now has just 1 employee - the CEO - not really a great sign. And he almost never communicates his "vision" to the shareholders - one of the worst things to do if you care at all about your share price.

Overall, very little to get excited about. This stock has lost virtually all the value it had from back in 2009 / 10 - was up about 5 times this high I believe. Just my opinion.

All in the hands of the CEO now. Time to fold up or make something happen.
