Then ridiculous it is, because that's what they did. Has it crossed your American (probably) mind that the person writing the email has English as a 2nd language? IF they are in Quebec, that's probably the case. People speak different languages all over the world and they are not obligated to be fluent in English. Anyway, that's the email, you're constantly denying its authenticity is just silly. Just write them yourself please.
