On February 1, 2011 we acquired a 100% interest in The Remodeling Co., Inc for the issue of 3,000,000 shares of our common stock valued at $238,950. The Remodeling Co., Inc is a company whose principal activity is that of recycling electronic waste (e-waste) such as computers, boards and telecom equipment.
