So now we're waiting for the "scam issue" to be put to bed in order to get an increase in the SP? I don't know if it's a sound investment strategy to invest in a stock based on the hope that it will be proved "not a scam" in the future and cause the SP to "soar"...

The suit for nonperformance now makes sense -
it will be jj's way of revealing the name of the partner(s) and making a copy of the written documents public witout violating the nda.... once that is done the scam issue is put to bed permanently and the stock price soars.
