Vortmax has said that THRA is planning a merger with a company owned by the former CEO of THRA. Do your DD and you'll see that the former CEO of THRA did exactly what the current CEO of THRA is doing.

He dilluted the heck out of the company. Took the money and ran. Now he privately owns a silver mine.
